Smoked Chicken Burritos

2 lbs chicken thighs, skinned
1 bunch lavender greens, for smoking the meat
1 recipe Lavender Black Beans
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch scallons, sliced
1 package large flour tortillas, warmed

While grilling chicken, pre-heat the grill as usual and put your meat onto the heat. Take some of the lavender greens that you cut back in the spring and have dried. Put them on the grill. Close the top. They will catch on fire and smoke and burn. The smoke will add its flavor to the meat.

After cooking skinned chicken thighs this way, I remove the meat from the bones. Shred the smoked chicken, and place it into warm flour tortillas with lavender black beans, fresh scallions, and sour cream.
