Picked Green Beans
Pickled Green Beans. Start by picking out a glass jar or container with a lid. Take green beans, snap off the very tips, and place in the jar, vertically, until it is full, tightly packed. Remove beans from jar, place in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, cool, and replace in jar.
Cover with lavender-infused vinegar, place in refridgerator overnight (at least) before serving. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
