Lavender VinegarLavender Infused Vinegar: take a large glass jar (like a spagetti sauce jar), place 10-30 lavender stems in it at the peak of bloom, fill with plain old white vinegar.
Keep in a dark place, will be ready in about 2 weeks, lasts indefinitely.
Will be slightly pinkish in color, depending on what type of lavender you use.
