Lavender Vinegar
1 cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon dried or fresh lavender
Put the lavender into a bottle; pour the vinegar in over it. Place in a cabinet or other dark location for a couple of weeks. You may wish to strain the lavender out before using the vinegar, or not. The vinegar will be faintly pink and the lavender flowers will no longer have any color.
