Applesauce Bread
2 cups of flour
1 egg
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 packet active dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
Put in bread maker, set for medium dark, small loaf. It makes a light, almost French style loaf, suitable for sandwiches but a little sweet and moist without being heavy.
